YOUR ACCOUNT

No, you are able to place orders online, via email or over the phone.

However, it’s easy to register your details with us and makes ordering any cleaning, hygiene and janitorial supplies again from us very straightforward.

Thank you for visiting us here at Clena Supplies. Open an account with Clena Supplies by going to the top of the page and clicking “Register”. You will then need to enter your details and an email will be sent to you with further details after completion.

If you already have a credit account set up with us the prices shown will be updated within 48 hours to show your agreed terms.

Registering an account with us makes placing orders an easy and straightforward process. You will be able to just enter your email address and password when you visit us next time and all your contact and delivery details will already then be in place. In your account, you will also be able to view any of your previous and current orders and easily reorder your favourite products.

Please allow 1-3 working days for a new account to be set up and authorised.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us! Just head to the login page:https://www.clenasupplies.co.uk/account/login and enter the email address associated with your account and then hit 'Forgotten Password'. You will be sent an automatic email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you cannot remember what email address is associated with your account, please call our clena portal help team on 01785 229 229 or email sales@clenasupplies.co.uk and a team member will reset your login credentials for you.
 

Yes, please email all of the new site details, including a full postal address and any additional details such as phone number or delivery instructions to: sales@clenasupplies.co.uk A member of our web team will upload new site details and set it live on your account.


PLACING AN ORDER

We make purchasing easy, take any of the four options below.

Make use of our bespoke online ordering portal enabling next-generation procurement management. The Clena portal is available 24/7. Orders can be placed online at any time and users can view bespoke pricing, set up saved orders or standing orders, access reports, and manage users and budgets for ultimate procurement control. 

Order by emailing your purchase orders and requests directly to our sales processing team at sales@clenasupplies.co.uk.

Our dedicated team are always available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday on the phone to take orders, answer any questions and provide support. Contact us on 01785 229 229. 

We also offer ordering via API. Integrate directly to our system to send orders directly via EDI. Contact our team on 01785 229 229 to discuss an integration. 

No, Clena Supplies does not have a minimum order value, however, our carriage paid level is £80 net and orders below this value will attract a £7.95 shipping and handling amount.
If you are part of a group or have a large spend that is fragmented across many delivery points, please speak to a consultant to discuss a bespoke carriage deal, call; 01785 229 229.

We cannot guarantee this is possible once an order has been placed as we process and dispatch orders fast, but please call customer services or email: sales@clenasupplies.co.uk and a customer service team member will be able to advise if items can be added or changed.

Orders received before 3 pm are processed for same-day dispatch. Orders received after 3 pm will be scheduled for dispatch the next working day or on your next pre-routed delivery day.


PAYMENTS

We accept payment via the following methods.
BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing System)
Card (Most major credit and debit cards accepted)
Cash (When collecting in person from one of our warehouses. Our drivers do not carry or collect cash payments) 

We work a quotation system and aim to provide competitive prices for all our clients, taking into consideration each client's unique needs and requirements.

DELIVERY

Our standard lead time is 3 - 5 working days for deliveries within the UK. We keep a vast stock holding of items that we sell and can offer supply via our pre-routed delivery service which helps maximise vehicle efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions.

Alternatively, you can use our next-day service, for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday.

Yes. We offer nationwide distribution of products throughout the UK. 

Clena Supplies operates its own delivery vehicle fleet and supplements the service with approved external courier and haulier networks to provide the most comprehensive coverage and reliable delivery experience. If there are any specific delivery instructions or questions, please advise use when placing your order to ensure we can advise and facilitate these. 

Yes, orders can be collected from our national distribution centre in Stafford. Please allow 2 hours from point of order to collection, to avoid any delays in collection.

Our opening times for collections are between 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. We do not operate a trade counter for on-site purchases.

Standard terms are: orders of £80 net (before VAT) are delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of below £80 net will attract a £7.95 shipping and handling amount.

Yes, web orders can be collected from our national distribution centre in Stafford. Please state in the comments section that you will be collecting and allow a minimum of two hours from placing your order, before coming to collect.
